Fly Away, Fly Away, Fly Away Nana Moe...

Monday, February 10. Clear, mild, calm seas.

As kids, when we had a Ladybug land on us we used to get it in our hand and as we whisked it into the sky we said "Fly away, fly away, fly away home."

Nana Moe is the term that Moe's Grandchildren call her.

Well, tomorrow sees the end of the trip for Sister Moe. 48 hours from now Moe will be in the embracing arms of her daughter Barbara at the Vancouver airport. There she will be happy to be permanently connected to the internet and Skyping her son and family in Stockholm. However, the dream-world of this floating palace will be a thing of the past, but hopefully good memories.

Moe, like most of us, took a little while to get used to life aboard, but once settled in she became very much at ease and I suspect she is torn between staying on longer or returning to the real world.

A few pictures… Just of various shots in the last month, the last two were taken on the last night as we celebrated first in the Crow's Nest for drinks and then in the Pinnacle Grill for a farewell dinner.
