Day seven of eight sea days

What can I say, we are still here. Nobody has gone insane yet, and the weather has been gorgeous, so things are not too bad.

This is day 13 and many passengers have eaten too much the last couple of weeks and are attempting to moderate their food intake. Some, that is but not all. I for one have resigned myself to oatmeal at breakfast for the duration. The first two hours of the day is spent in exercise in one form or the other so I guess that requires a bit more food than at home. [Hopefully.]

I think that Fellette is looking forward to a hamburger on the weekend.

Last night was a formal night and we got all gussied-up. Gail, Jim, Moe, Fellette and I met up in the Crowsnest for a pre- dinner drink for the first time. It is a beautiful lounge at the very front and top of the ship. It offers the same panoramic view as from the bridge. There were only about 12 people in it, plus they play live music for those that care to dance. It is a very special place at times. The girls looked lovely don't you think so?

Today something very special happened to me. After Tai Chi I was talking to Moe when a lady came up to me and gave me a big hug and a sincere 'thank you". Remember a couple of days I told you about a lady who was in tears with me regarding her adjusting to life on a world cruise? Well it appears the talk had a positive affect on her and she has accepted where she is, what she is doing and feels great about it! Amazing.
