Cultural afternoon...

Still Saturday, March 28.

As mentioned we had a trip to the Dumazulu Village this afternoon, about 1/2 hour drive from the lodge

There was only our group and two Aussies for the tour of this Zulu Village that gets their income from tours etc. They are part of a resort complex that is similar to ours but I believe in building accommodation instead of tents.

A Zulu woman took us through the various steps of life in a traditional Zulu single family village. In reality I believe that is a village for tourists, whatever, it was great. A bit of a change in pace from the ship and game drives.

Not much else to say except I hope your enjoy the visit…

Pics.

- Fellette was picked to do the leg kick.

- As we exited.
- I had to put this picture in, Jim is not unaware of the single Zulu woman next to him who was chosen to show how to carry a heavy load on the head.
