Folks, we are too tired to write a blog tonight. Sorry. We were awake at 4.00 and up and around immediately. Down to the check in at 5.15, through customs and all that jazz and into a Lounge for breakfast, then to the gate and on the plane.
Off we went and into Phoenix where it was certainly not parka weather and a bit of a wait there and soon onto another plane to Miami. Excellent service, a bit of a bumpy ride and into Miami on time at 9.03. A bit of a wait and mix up with gates and luggage and it was 11.00 before we got to the hotel.
We must have looked bedraggled because the young fellow upgraded us to a suite on the top of the place, 14th floor. We walked in, nice digs indeed. I was dehydrated because I was easy on my fluids so we went to the bar and I had two Coronas in quick succession and Fellette had a Gimlet. This is the first beer I have had in seven weeks. Boy was it good.
Back to the room, a few words on the blog and off to bed. I don't care how many times I have to get up, at least I can go!
